Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating call log reports using Arquella Connect:
Step 1: Access Arquella Connect
Navigate to the Arquella Connect dashboard at https://connect.arquella.care/Live. Log in using your registered credentials. If you don’t have access, contact Arquella support at customersupport@arquella.co.uk for assistance.
Step 2: Locate the Reports Section
• Once logged in, select the Reports tab in the dashboard menu.
• This section provides access to call data and allows you to customise reports based on your requirements.
Step 3: Define the Reporting Period
• Choose the desired date range for your report using the calendar tool.
• Click Apply to filter the data for the specified period.
Step 4: Filter Data
Use the funnel icon on the column headers to filter data by specific parameters such as:
• Call type (e.g., standard, emergency).
• Call source.
• Room or zone.
This ensures your report focuses on relevant information.
Step 5: Select Records
• Choose the records you wish to include in the report by ticking the relevant checkboxes.
• Alternatively, select all records for a comprehensive report.
Step 6: Download the Report
• Click the download arrow icon to export the selected data. The report will download as a spreadsheet and can be opened in applications like Microsoft Excel.
Step 7: Review the Report
• Open the downloaded file and navigate to the Call tab to focus on specific call data.
• For call duration insights, this tab also shows the active time before attendance.
