Follow these steps to reset a password quickly and securely.
Begin by visiting https://connect.arquella.care/Live. This is the starting point for managing user credentials.
After logging in, select the "People" tab.
Navigate to the "Teams" section to locate the specific user who needs a password reset.
Next to the user needing a password reset, click the three-dot icon to reveal more options.
Select "Reset Password" from the dropdown menu. You will then be prompted to enter a new password.
Type in the new password and confirm it. This ensures that the new credentials are secure and correctly input.
Once the new password is confirmed, click "Reset Password" again to finalise the change. The user will be prompted to change this password at their next login to ensure maximum security.
