It’s common for users to need password resets—whether due to forgotten passwords or as a security precaution. Arquella Connect makes it simple for care home managers to reset a password and get users back up and running in no time.

Follow these steps to reset a password quickly and securely.

 


Step 1: Navigate to Arquella Connect

Begin by visiting https://connect.arquella.care/Live. This is the starting point for managing user credentials.

Step 2: Click "People"

After logging in, select the "People" tab.

Step 3: Click "Teams"

Navigate to the "Teams" section to locate the specific user who needs a password reset.

Step 4: Click the Three-Dot Icon

Next to the user needing a password reset, click the three-dot icon to reveal more options.

Step 5: Click "Reset Password"

Select "Reset Password" from the dropdown menu. You will then be prompted to enter a new password.

Step 6: Enter and Confirm the New Password

Type in the new password and confirm it. This ensures that the new credentials are secure and correctly input.

Step 7: Click "Reset Password"

Once the new password is confirmed, click "Reset Password" again to finalise the change. The user will be prompted to change this password at their next login to ensure maximum security.
