High staff turnover is the thorn in the side of many UK Care Home Managers, including those at our own partner homes.
To get to the bottom of why so many support workers move onto pastures new so often, we conducted a survey to get both quantitative and qualitative feedback from a large group of existing support workers. We asked them what they love about their jobs, what frustrates them, what would cause them to leave their existing role and what they would change about the management conditions they work under if they could.
